🔁 Returns
Return request is raised within 1 days of delivery
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
A complete unboxing video is mandatory (from seal opening to full product view)
Return is applicable only if:
Product is damaged during delivery
Product is missing any items
Product is found to be fake/duplicate
You received the wrong item
❌ We do not accept returns if:
The seal is broken or product is used
The reason is change of mind or ordering the wrong item
No unboxing video is provided
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If the return is approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Refunds are not applicable for:
Used/opened supplements
Free gifts, trials, or samples
Sale or discounted items
